Requirements
Since the adoption of Title 24 2005 Energy Efficiency Standards on October 1, 2005, the energy efficiency requirements outlined in the Green Building Ordinance have been repealed. The new energy efficiency requirements will include the option of a more stringent performance-based approach or a set of prescriptive measures. Until these changes are made, the Title 24-2005 requirements satisfy the requirements of the Green Building Ordinance.
